Bachelor Malta is not a tour operator, travel agency, or booking intermediary, and does not act as a contractual party between clients and third-party service providers.

2. Responsibility

Please note that Bachelor Malta cannot be held responsible for:

• Any booking issues, cancellations, or changes made by third-party providers (restaurants, activities, accommodations, etc.).

• Accidents, injuries, delays, damages, or losses occurring during the client’s stay.

• Failures of third-party services to deliver as expected.

All bookings and transactions are made directly between the client and the third-party provider.

3. Booking Instructions

To ensure smooth planning and avoid disappointment:

• We strongly recommend booking all suggested services (restaurants, activities, etc.) at least 1 week in advance.

• When booking, please mention “Bachelor Malta” to benefit from any exclusive offers, priority access, or arrangements included in the program.

We cannot guarantee availability, special access, or preferential treatment for last-minute bookings or those that do not reference our service.

4. Changes and Updates
